Placing An Order
There are 4 different ways to shop with TablePlay.co.uk:
- Website - the best way to place an order with TablePlay.co.uk
is to use this website with its secure server
- Telephone - call us on 0845 867 4196 and place your order
over the telephone
- Fax - send us a fax on 01727 837893 and simply tell us
what product(s) you require, the card holder address, the
delivery address, the credit card number, expiry date and,
if a Switch Card, the issue number on the card. Please also
let us have a contact number.
- Post - post your order, to TablePlay.co.uk, MB Interactive
LLP, First Floor, 5a George Street, St Albans, AL3 4ER,
letting us know what product(s) you require, the delivery
address and a contact number. Cheques should be made payable
to MB Interactive LLP'. Please note that payment by cheque
will add 4 days to the delivery time.
Credit/Debit Cards Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch.
Currencies accepted
We only accept payment in British Pounds.
Vouchers
If you have a voucher code, this can be entered on
the check out page before proceeding to enter your address
details. Once the code has been entered into the specified
box, click the redeem voucher button and this will automatically
deduct the voucher amount from your order sub total. Please
note that the voucher will be deducted from the total product
value only, any delivery charge will remain the same.
Complaints
We want to know what you think of our website and its products.
We therefore welcome all feedback and will endeavour to
deal with any problems experienced by our customers within
five working days.
If you have any feedback or a complaint please email us or
call our Customer Service team on 0845 867 4196 (all calls
charged at local rate).
Refunds & Return Policy
In the event that you receive an order and then decide
you no longer want it, please contact us and return it
within 7 working days, starting from the first working
day after you receive the good, and we will give you a
full refund within the next 30 days. Likewise, if you
receive an order that is faulty, we will be happy to give
you a full refund or send out a replacement, if you return
the item within 7 working days from receipt of the good.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature upon delivery such as Royal Mail First Class (Recorded Delivery).
